Ellis is a fantastic salesman. My husband and I went in to tour homes and scheduled with Ellis; he took the time to be sure he was there and ready when we came for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the homes he showed us and was hands-on, no-pressure. When we told him our budget he did not attempt to convince us to go over and instead showed us homes that fit our needs as a family. He made a point to remember our names despite the fact I am sure he tours more than a few families a day - it was a very personal experience.
